We are pleased to have Terry Farmer and Xavier Butte help us learn to lead innovation.

Leaders are now recognizing the need for new approaches to solve the most challenging and costly organizational problems.  So, what role does leadership play in the innovation process?  The short answer: a big role.

The need for continuous and sustained innovation has never been greater for organizations, regardless of size, industry, market, or profit vs. non-profit status.  As markets continue to grow more global, open, and competitive, and customer expectations become more diverse and demanding, innovation is everyone's business.

Our facilitators:  Terry M. Farmer is co-founder of EiQ and has more than 25 years of experience in performance improvement, instructional design, strategy, and organizational development. He has held many internal consulting and leadership positions in several companies, including IBM, Ernst and Young, Rubbermaid, Disney, and Nationwide Insurance. Terry has a master’s and doctoral degree in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University.  Xavier Butte is co-founder of EiQ and has more than 15 years of experience as a leader and strategic advisor focused on building individual and organizational performance capabilities. He has held various leadership positions, including leading Nationwide's performance improvement organization and the strategic change leadership function. Xavier has a master’s degree from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business.

NOTE: This has been MOVED TO FRASCH HALL, ROOM 317 (on the corner of Town St. and Grant Ave.; cater-corner to Columbus Metro Library and across from Grant Hospital).
