We are pleased that Eddie Moore, of Moore Consulting, LLC will be facilitating a discussion and work exercises to help us answer critical questions about organization design:

·        What is organizational design

·        What’s the process of organization design?

·        How do I get started?

·        Who should I involve?

·        What’s the optimum span of control and layering for my organization?

·        What is this “network organization” I’m hearing so much about lately?

Who will benefit from our discussion and exercises?

  • Business leaders asking  “If every organization is perfectly designed to get the results it’s getting, then how do we improve our organization’s design?”
  • Curious OD professionals willing to share their experiences and questions with the community.

Our facilitator:  Eddie is an organizational architect with over 20 years experience helping businesses improve their results through strategy, technology and organization design.  He’s worked for and consulted in many large organizations and Fortune 100 and 500 companies across multiple industries:  Electronic Data Systems, Fidelity Investments, KPMG Consulting, Orange County Courts (CA), UCLA, Toshiba, Mini-Med, The Limited, and Nationwide Mutual Insurance and the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation.

NOTE:  New Room at Franklin University:  Frasch Hall, Room 317, 201 S. Grant Avenue.
