In her presentation, "More than a Gut Feeling," Karan Froom will:
  • Identify the key factors in measuring change complexity
  • Discuss techniques to assess a project's "change profile"
  • Share tips for influencing stakeholders to support a change initiative
  • Show tools and resources for implementing a change dashboard and portfolio
Presenter: Karan Froom brings over 25 years experience in training and development, organizational change management and internal communications. She's helped companies grow their online training strategy, develop knowledge management tools, and start change management offices; in addition to leading training the training function in many Columbus-based organizations. Karan is currently the manger of organizational change management for NiSource and leads a team of six internal change management consultants with in the IT function. We all manage change. November's CCODN presentation by Karan Froom will give us more tools to measure the magnitude of the changes we manage.
