This hour-long session guides participants to:
Examine belief systems around growth and learning and choose to align those beliefs as appropriate.
Define their own passion around challenging their organization’s learning paradigm and stepping into “Rebel” behaviors.
Explore Rebel behaviors that move an organization and its employees toward growth through discontinuous learning methods and opportunities and employee-centric leader behaviors.
Determine how, when and with what support they can influence their organization via select Rebel behaviors.
A checklist or assessment to examine one’s own beliefs and values around Learning & Growth within their organization’s culture.
Identified outcomes that result from a move from training (misaligned with workplace needs) to development (aligned with needs).
Identified behaviors that can move Learning to the #1 organization value and ways to “walk” that “talk”.
Peer discussions on measuring and implementing the Learning value into daily conversations and weekly, monthly, and annual performance reviews.
Recognition of the significance of coaching skills in an organization and developing a case for its inclusion in strategy.
