Join us for a discussion of emerging trends in organizational development. We will learn with top OD experts what knowledge, skills, and competencies are imperative for OD professionals to succeed in their industries and beyond.  One of these experts, Gary Stroud, will teach how to align emerging trends and our own development as OD professionals. 

We will address:

  1. What are the biggest changes in workforce trends that will impact how we practice OD?
  2. What knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies will be required of current and future OD Practitioners in the future?
  3. How can today’s OD Practitioners best prepare for the work ahead? What tools and resources are most useful?

Gary Stroud, Phd, is Chair of Human Resources Management, Graduate and Undergraduate Studies at Franklin University. He is a consultative business partner and executive coach with experience designing, deploying, and administering robust benefit environments--401(K), pension, voluntary benefits, and compensation.
