Jason Miller is currently the Global Lead of Human Capital for Accenture Business Services (ABS), which is the primary internal shared services operation for the global consulting and outsourcing firm Accenture.  In his role, Jason works with senior leaders from across seven different countries to develop and drive programs and processes related to the areas of culture, leadership and talent development, organization design, and change management.  He has also formed and managed global teams for Accenture's Marketing & Communications, Operations, and HR organizations.  He has worked in a global and virtual capacity for eight years, and has extensive experience with collaborative technologies.

Douglas Hartshorn is the Strategy and Business Improvement Executive for the Rolls-Royce Aftermarket Business.  His core expertise is developing high performing teams and processes that deliver bottom- line results.  In his current role, Doug is responsible for developing and executing a strategy that will double the Rolls-Royce Global Aftermarket Business by 2017. He has earned a Masters Degree Organization Development and Rolls-Royce Six-Sigma Yellow and Green Belts.
