  • John Lowe is Chief Executive of Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, a company recently featured by Time with the headline, “Can America’s Best Ice Cream Also Be Its Biggest?”  John has responsibility for all aspects of the business, except the most important ones: flavor development and ice cream making. In addition to his role with Jeni’s, John is founder of Eat Well Distribution, a company that leverages the infrastructure of Jeni’s to help other artisan food companies get their products on the shelves of great retailers.
  • Elizabeth Lessner is Co-founder/Owner of The Columbus Food League restaurant group that includes Betty’s Fine Food & Spirits, The Surly Girl Saloon, Tip Top Kitchen & Cocktails, Dirty Frank’s Hot Dog Palace, and The Jury Room. Liz is passionate about sustainable and responsible small business, giving back to the community, and mentoring young social entrepreneurs.
  • Stev Guyer is the Founder of Shadowbox Live, one of the hottest commodities on the Columbus entertainment scene for nearly a quarter of a century. The company remains an utterly unique and completely performer-operated organization, where strong-willed, talented individuals shape their future through wily business sense, edgy entertainment, and a drive to never settle for what is, but to strive for what could be.

This is your opportunity to learn how Central Ohio’s most insightful, influential, and innovative business leaders have translated and applied the critical elements of leadership and organization development to create sustainable success.

Join John, Liz and Stev as they share stories and answer questions about how they:

  • Engage and motivate their teams
  • Translate their dreams into reality in the challenging business environment
  • Develop themselves as leaders as they build their businesses
  • Sustain their energy and balance for leadership
  • Champion change through their vision, guidance, and accountability
