How Great Leaders Lead Change

Leaders must understand and anticipate employee concerns and feelings when faced with change.  In this highly interactive session, Dr. Garry McDaniel, Associate Dean and Executive Director for Franklin University's Center for Professional Training and Development will facilitate an engaging discussion that will illustrate typical response patterns when people are faced with change.  By experiencing these patterns first hand, participants in this session will learn how to avoid over-reacting to the resistant behaviors and help people adapt to and embrace change.
