Given our current challenges in this COVID-19 environment we all need to shift the way we do business. As many of us need to “up our game” in virtual delivery, Sis Donelly and Carol Kee will be facilitating this virtual session. Together we will model and experience alternative ways of collaboration as we share best practices on how to address challenges. This session will also cover how to ensure engaging delivery with virtual tools and ways to effectively convert face-to-face content to virtual.

This session will enable us to:

  • Meet challenges encountered in virtual facilitation
  • Implement best practices for leading virtual sessions

  • Adapt delivery of content from in-person to virtual

Meet our facilitators! 

Both Sis and Carol are members of the JPMorgan Chase Leadership Edge firm-wide, global leadership development program.  The program is focused on ensuring one consistent leadership culture at all levels of management and building strong leadership and management skills in all of our managers.

Sis (Jane) Donnelly is a Vice President, Leadership Edge Faculty member dedicated to developing managers of all levels across the firm. She began her career in the financial services industry as an equity trader, before moving into a sales role and then discovering her talents and commitment in supporting others to be successful in their careers.  Sis has dedicated most of her career in learning and development, strengthening her skills as a consultant, performance coach and facilitator. 

Prior to re-joining JPMorgan Chase, Sis’s responsibilities included driving the learning strategy for the investment sales division for PNC Bank and for KeyBank.  She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from John Carroll University. Sis is certified as a Gallup Strengths Coach, and in the Prosci Change Management methodology.  Sis enjoys barre, reading and spending time with her family and friends. 

Carol is a Vice President, Relationship and Development Manager, as a consultant and liaison to internal client groups with Leadership Edge.  With the firm for over nine years, Carol has been a faculty member for a high-performer/high potential targeted technology leadership development program, designed and led training and development programs ranging from Process Improvement and Project Leadership to Interpersonal Skills and Creative Thinking. Her audiences have spanned across senior leaders, mid to entry-level managers and new college graduates. 

Before joining JPMC Carol worked for over 25 years in HR and Leadership Development in the IT and utilities industries and worked on board ship with Royal Caribbean Cruises as a Human Resource Officer. She holds an M.A. in Workforce Development and Education from The Ohio State University. In her spare time with her husband, she enjoys restoring their 1915 historic home in Delaware, Ohio.
