Tools for Self-Management & Accountability in the Workplace
Self-management is a strength-based approach to high performance and accountability. When individuals can leverage what they do well, they will increase their effectiveness and satisfaction. As a result, work becomes more enjoyable and people are more engaged with their work, their teammates and their organization.
Organizations that build this strengths-based leadership capacity lead to healthy growth. And the culture will attract and support high performers who are accountable and effective.
We learn, not by being told, but by experiencing the consequences of our actions. In this workshop the participants will learn how the principles and tools of self-management and accountability can build engagement and teamwork throughout the organization. The participants will experience interactive exercises in the building and use of two self-management tools, the performance agreement and the priority feedback system.
