The Shades of Trust

Many leaders and team members will say that trust is one of the most important ingredients for a high-performing team, however, describing trust and producing trust are very different things; of course, it’s producing trust that creates value. 

During this facilitated learning, we will explore trust and provide powerful distinctions for helping our teams (and ourselves) produce more of it and repair it when it has been damaged. When we as leaders know how to generate trust and can coach others to do the same, our teams are more productive and can handle change more easily. You’ll come away with practical insights and actions you can use to raise trust in your organization.

I’m committed to a path of learning as a way of advancing my contribution to leadership development, and impacting others on a deeper level of consciousness. I was born in Bogota, Colombia and moved to Ohio in 2010. I hold a BA in Psychology from Universidad de la Sabana, and a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Javeriana. I’m a graduate of the Newfield Network Ontological Coaching Program, and the Institute of Generative Leadership. I believe in giving back to the community, and volunteer for a local hospice and different animal shelters. 

As an executive coach, I work with clients who are interested in being intentional about their leadership skills and growth, and want to connect with their source of power without sacrificing their well-being. As a result, my clients are able to play bigger roles in their organizations, and develop the necessary practices to significantly improve their teams and their lives. One of my strengths is establishing a deep and meaningful connection with my clients, which enables me to challenge their way of thinking, practices, and behaviors, which translate into the actions they take, and how they go about them. 

Clients I work with, develop transformational leadership skills and fully engage with life; they experience more satisfaction, better relationships and a high level of balance.
