We all know there is a huge benefit from all angles to engage in Mentoring relationships yet you may not know how to go about establishing those opportunities in your organization or for yourself.
Join us for a rich and informative facilitated dialogue about “All Things Mentoring”. We are going to explore both the traditional and non-traditional aspects of mentoring. Come with your questions, best practices, lessons learned and cool ideas around being a mentor or being mentored. Among numerous topics to explore, our two skilled Facilitators Susan Moss and Patt Hardie will lead us in discussions around:

Susan Moss is a Talent Management Sr. Consultant at Cardinal Health, an integrated healthcare services and products company with approximately 50,000 employees in nearly 60 countries. Susan oversees the development, coordination and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives including mentoring and leadership development programs for high potential directors and executives.
Susan has designed talent development frameworks, content and engagement strategies across consumer goods, insurance, education and health care industries. Her programs and designs have been award winning and recognized by global organizations, such as the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and the Corporate Leadership Council (now known as Gartner) in the form of case studies and featured in webinars (APQC) and Business First, CLO and Talent Development magazines.
Susan is a graduate of The Ohio State University and completed an Executive Certification program in Marketing and Finance from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. She is a certified SPHR, SHRM-CP, DDI learning facilitator, lean practitioner and six sigma black belt. In addition, Susan is a member of the International Coaching Federation and will soon complete the requirements needed to apply for her ACC coaching certification.
Patt Hardie is CEO and Managing Principal of The Hardie Group LLC firm based in Columbus, Ohio. Patt helps leaders and teams to lead, grow and change powerfully and authentically using a strengths-based approach. She is a thought leader, coach, and trusted advisor with over 30 years’ experience in talent, leadership, and organizational development. Her clients include The Ohio State Fisher College of Business MBA Program, EASi, Battelle Memorial Institute, Transportation Research Center, Diocese of Columbus Association of Faith Formation Leaders and individual coaching clients.
Prior to establishing The Hardie Group LLC, Patt held senior leadership and consulting positions in industries including contract research, healthcare, utility, chemical, and retail. In that time, she led Learning/OD consulting teams to build and implement learning frameworks/curricula and leadership development experiences; aligned global learning strategies, introduced new learning technology into businesses, launched a new corporate university, transitioned a traditional learning team into a consultative organization; and transformed organizational learning/career planning strategies. She has personally coached over 200 leaders in 360o and development processes, facilitated countless team effectiveness solutions, and culture transformations. Additionally, she has created several corporate mentoring programs, peer mentoring processes, and has blogged on non-traditional ways to be mentored.
Patt is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, Oklahoma State University, and Loyola University, New Orleans with a bachelor’s in applied communications and two masters: communication consultancy and religious education. She is a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered certified coach, and holds certifications in the Birkman Method, TRACOM Social Styles, Pritchett Business AsUnusual, Prosci Change Management, among others. She was awarded Battelle’s Chairman Award for Corporate Business Partnership in 2012.
