IDEA/EXPERIENCE EXCHANGE:  All Things Mentoring!

Are you a Mentor?  A Mentee?  Have you implemented traditional or nontraditional mentoring programs or processes?  Are you thinking about it and want to learn more?  We all know there is a huge benefit from all angles to engage in Mentoring relationships yet you may not know how to go about establishing those opportunities in your organization or for yourself.

Join us for a rich and informative facilitated dialogue about “All Things Mentoring”.  We are going to explore both the traditional and non-traditional aspects of mentoring.  Come with your questions, best practices, lessons learned and cool ideas around being a mentor or being mentored.   Among numerous topics to explore, our two skilled Facilitators Susan Moss and Patt Hardie will lead us in discussions around:

  • Quick review of traditional mentoring programs

  • Creative solutions to common challenges like budget, matching, or not enough mentors

  • Options when your company doesn't offer a formal mentoring program

This will be an open and engaging way to share your experiences and ideas, gain new insights, collaborate with like-minded professionals and perhaps take away a few great resources.
