Aisha currently serves as the Director of Change Management at OhioHealth. She has a unique and diverse background that includes consulting, organizational development, coaching, and human resources management. In her current role, she is responsible for developing change management strategy and programs to support transformational change in the healthcare industry. In addition to this role, she is the founder of A. Allen Consulting, LLC, a coaching and organizational development firm focused on business, community, and personal leadership.
Aisha has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. She is a certified Change Management Practitioner through Prosci and a Senior Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resources Management.
Deb is the founder and co-owner of The Change Collaborative LLC, a consulting firm based in Columbus, Ohio. Her company collaborates with clients in military, government, non-profit and Fortune 500 organizations to improve organizational performance and execute large scale change. Deb’s goal is to engage the whole organization in the process of change, as she knows that participation builds commitment and adoption. She has more than 19 years of experience coaching change leaders, facilitating organization redesign, and serving as a change leader for large-scale enterprise programs. Deb holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton and a Master of Organization Development from Bowling Green State University.
