A key outcome is the emergence and rise of the virtual team. How is this impacting the key elements of employee engagement, including leadership and essential values? Doug Wanamaker founded ProDevLever to pursue his passion for developing creative thinking skills and emotional intelligence in workforce professionals through interactive programs meant to strengthen competencies to generate value in every endeavor.

Prior to the launch of ProDevLever, Doug served as an organization development professional for a Fortune 100 multinational corporation. He directed corporate-wide programs dedicated to incremental achievements with workforce effectiveness, continuous improvement teams, leadership competencies building, and employee services satisfaction, while controlling the annual budget accounts to fund them. Early in his career, Doug developed expertise in multiple human resources domains including employee on-boarding, recruiting, and policy administration while serving in smaller sized corporations.

Doug holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University. He is certified to administer assessments, deliver training programs, and facilitate real-world application in workforce disciplines including innovation, behavioral types, leadership competencies, concern resolution, and inclusion. Linkage, Inc. recognizes Doug for successful completion of their Intensive Organizational Development Certificate Program.

His professional affiliations include the Society for Human Resource Management, the Organization Development Network, and the Association for Talent Development. He is the past President of the Human Resource Association, a student organization at The Ohio State University.
