Join us as we develop our ability to assess and enhance self-mastery, and increase our impact as agents of positive change.

Cleveland-based, entrepreneur, business coach, organizational consultant & author, Monika Moss-Gransberry, will lead us through this group experience with the goal of developing greater awareness of how to focus our work to create positive change.

A certified Gestalt Organizational Systems Development (OSD) Practitioner and Coach, Monika currently serves on the faculty of the Gestalt Organizational Systems Development Center which trains organizational development professionals and executives around the world in organizational effectiveness and self-mastery. She is also a certified facilitator by the Institute of Cultural Affairs.

As Gandhi has been credited with saying, “Be the change you want to see in the world. Self-mastery, is the basis of this aspirational goal, developing in us, the ability to make a difference with our presence, by being the change we want to see in the world.

In this event, we’ll:

  • See the impact of our influence through the lens of Gestalt OSD framework
  • Gain insight into our being self-aware throughout our cycle of experience
  • Conduct an exercise to practice what we learn.

It is our self-mastery journey that allows us to make a difference with our presence.  When you walk into a room, it is our self-mastery that gives us that presence which helps others join our vision or intervention.  And, depending on how we decide to show up – if in love, authenticity, and appreciation  we have the opportunity to make a powerful and positive impact on others with our presence.  That is sexy.

In this session, Monika will share foundational principles of Gestalt Organizational Systems Development theory and practice. She will also integrate this with the 9 human technologies documented in her new book, The Technology of Doing Creating & Being.  And, give people a chance to practice what is absolutely present in them already as well as in the room.

Monika’s sessions are practical, grounded in participant learning and interactive, as she believes we learn best by doing, making contact with the material in ways that make it come alive and have lasting meaning.
