Being More Human: Building Cultures of Authenticity

Join us at Ashland University Columbus Campus on July 19th from 5:30 – 7:30 as Brandi Lust, Founder of Learning Lab Consulting, leads us through an interactive program: Being More Human: Building Cultures of Authenticity.

Organizations often seek to build culture by instilling company values. However, to really engage employees and build their health and wholeness, individuals must feel they can bring their “true self” to the workplace- the good and bad- even when it doesn’t fit into the values.

In this interactive workshop, participants will:

  • Learn about research on the importance of authenticity and
  • Engage tools for bringing humanity back into the work place.
