We are very pleased to have Doug Hartshorn, Director of Operations, ADL Industries and former CCODN President, host CCODN's January 2017 Professional Development Program.

Challenge:

We all want to be happy.  We assume that if we set the right, career, financial and personal goals that we will be happy.  When we actually achieve those goals we may experience satisfaction and happiness. However we find that many times this sense of joy and well-being  is only temporary. We then set more goals hoping that the next achievement will lead to happiness.  Research in positive psychology actually shows that happiness drives success!  In addition,  scientific research shows there are tools and techniques that help us improve and sustain our sense of well being.
