Leadership 2050: Building Your Ability to Change Large Organizations

We are very pleased to have Maureen Metcalf, CEO of Metcalf & Associates and CCODN Member, host CCODN's November's Professional Development Program.

Challenge:

The world is changing much more quickly than many of our leaders. To maintain or improve our current lives and leave a thriving world for our children – our leaders need to develop at the same rate as our drivers for change such as technology, the threats such as Zika and the emerging life enhancing options such as improved medications.

Program Objective:

During this program, we will discuss the leadership mindset we believe is required to navigate the challenges and opportunities we face now and will continue to face during the balance of our working lives. Leadership mindset drives behaviors thereby improving leader’s ability to manage the multiple concurrent changes we face. This means an upgrade on our own leadership operating system. It takes time and effort to make this upgrade and it starts with understanding what the upgrade is and how to implement it.

Action Oriented Application:

This presentation offers a competency view of leader 2050 and invites you to begin your transformational journey and identify an action item to improve your ability.

We would like you to walk away with 1 idea about how you will improve your leadership and that of your organization.

Consider the changes you and your organization will face in the next 3-5 years, next decade, next 2 decades. Imagine what we can do by improving ourselves and helping others as we all try to make significant changes to meet the ever changing environment.
