We are pleased to introduce Essence Talks – A Personal Connection to Best Practices & Techniques at CCODN's August Professional Development Programming meeting!!! 


Three experts (and CCODN members) of different key OD disciplines will share a facet of their work that represents its essence and provide participants takeaways to employ in their practice.


Nikola Cica, Certified Lean Master and Director of Performance Excellence at Mount Carmel Health will share how Mt. Carmel uses the Tier Accountability Meeting Process as a key Lean Management System Tool to drive performance effectiveness.



Jason Miller, Program Director High-Potential Leadership Development & Coaching, OhioHealth will explore the impact of High-Potentials at OhioHealth.




Julie Quakenbush, Business Performance Coach, Nationwide, and Brian Kelley, Sales Coaching & Development Senior Consultant, Nationwide, will share how the WABC (Worldwide Association of Business Coaches) coaching program at Nationwide Financial supports building resilient investment sales professionals while fostering a culture of coaching.
