Building Commitment for Planned Change
High commitment for organizational change is enhanced when there is a truly collaborative relationship among the stakeholders in the change initiative.  This collaboration needs to begin early and continues throughout the change process.  In this session we will explore practical and transparent approaches for building high commitment for positive and sustainable change.  The session objectives are:

  • To learn the importance of listening to three critical voices
  • To learn how to use five diagnostic questions to support a change friendly environment
  • To learn six important lessons of successful planned change
  • To learn ways to enhance high commitment for change in a team environment
See attached files for additional session information.

This event is in Frasch Hall, Room 317 (on the corner of Town St. and Grant Ave.; cater-corner to Columbus Metro Library and across from Grant Hospital).
