The Mission of Capital City Organization Development Network is to advance and apply organization development* technology to benefit our members across Central Ohio.
Our programs and events provide you with opportunities to network, have fun and learn from other change agents:
- Early evening meetings with mini-workshops focused on current issues in the field of OD, presented by distinguished colleagues in our region.
- Bi-monthly informal discussion and experiential sessions on cutting-edge topics, led by members.
- Periodic workshops presented by a nationally known leaders in the field of leadership development, organizational change, team building, conflict management, etc.
- Opportunities to network with talented, well connected professionals in your field.
- Affiliation with the OD Network, an international organizational of professionals in the OD field
