Steve Gran began his career in retail services and quickly moved into distribution and logistics. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Certified Master Blackbelt. During his career, he has always focused on applying timeless work principles and has extensively studied and applied multiple continuous improvement methods.  

As a consultant, Steve Gran has traveled the world speaking, teaching and working alongside countless people in their work. Steve leads organizational transformations utilizing his elegantly simple yet powerful WorkExcellence™ Methodology. 

WorkExcellence™ is a method for work using visualization and a common method enable teams to collaborate at a higher level and create greater value. Rooted in continuous improvement and organizational development principles, WorkExcellence™ can help any size organization and be applied by OD practitioners of all stripes.

 In the spirit of our commitment to explore new ways of learning and engaging with our members, programming this year will be held at new places, new dates and times and new formats.  

While we will periodically host events at Ashland College on the third Wednesday of the month,  we are striving to expand and deepen our programming by creatively engaging with you.  

Upcoming Events  will keep you informed as to when and where are programs will he held.   We welcome and invite your feedback as we explore.
